Asexma Breakfast: Leitat Chile presents CEM-3DX project during the business meeting

On January 10, a business meeting was held in the industrial park of San Bernardo and organized by Asexma. The objective of the meeting was to collaborate in the relations between national companies, in order to overcome those technological gaps and challenges existing in the industry today. For this, it counted on the participation of different companies of diverse headings, mainly of the metalworking sector.

One of the relevant exhibitions of the day was the participation of the technological center Leitat Chile, which presented the project of a business consortium in CEM-3DX manufacturing, supported by Corfo and with Asexma as a participant; which focuses on additive manufacturing technologies for printing prototypes in polymeric and metallic materials.
On the other hand, Leitat presented to the companies the objectives and technological proposals for those challenges and gaps present in the manufacturing industry, and with that, a call was made to those companies that wish to join with projects in additive manufacturing.

The business meeting also included presentations by UTEM on topics related to BIM for project management, and of the multinational company Outotec with details, requirements and challenges in the large mining industry and its suppliers in Chile.
